HAL, Israel and DTL Signed and aggrement for manufacturing drones.

Key Facts:-

1. The Pact between Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Israel Aerospace and DTL(Dynamic Techonology Limited) was signed on the opening day of DefExpo-2020 for production of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. UAVs nowadays playing very important role in wars and crucial tactical missions.

2. The potential customers include defence forces, paramilitary forces and central armed police forces.

3. HAL said it has the ability and world class infrastructure to produce battle-proven UAVs. here HAL will as the principal contractor and DTL as the principle sub-contractor. They in combined will give "Make-in-India" a boost.

4. This collaboration will surely help HAL to expand its products quality, absorb critical technologies and strengthen aerospace Industry for India.

5. This partnership will be the first in country to manufacture IAI-designed UAVs in India.
