Chattisgarh Public Service Commission has released notification for a total of 89 vacancies of Assistant Engineer (AE) in the various government departments in the state of Chhattisgarh. The vacancies are released for Assistant Engineer (Civil) – Water Resource Department, Assistant Engineer (Civil) – Public Works Department, Assistant Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) – Public Health Engineering, Assistant Engineer (Civil) – Public Health Engineering, Assistant Engineer (Civil) – Panchayat & Rural Development and Assistant Engineer (Electrical) – Panchayat & Rural Development. Candidates can fill the application form of CGPSC State Engineering Services 2020 from February 10 to March 10, 2020 in online mode at www.psc.cg.gov.in. After filling the application form candidates can also do correction in CGPSC 2020 State Engineering Service.

Candidates whose age is between 21 to 30 years on January 1, 2020 are eligible to apply for the exam while maximum age limit to apply for Chhattisgarh candidates is 40 years. To be termed eligible for Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission State Engineering Services Exam, a candidate must have done graduation in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical from recognized university.
Age of a candidate (as on January 1 of the year) must be between 21 to 30 years.
Selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through the 2 stages selection process. The first stage is a written examination. The written exam will be objective type and MCQ based. There will be two question paper in written examination i.e general study and engineering subject. All qualified candidates in the written exam will be called for Personal interview. Candidates finally selected after the interview will be recruited.

The application process of CGPSC AE 2020 will begin on February 10 in online mode. Candidates before filling application form of Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission State Engineering Services Exam 2020 should equip themselves with all important documents. The last date to submit the form is March 10, 2020. No document is required The application fee for General candidates is Rs.400 whereas for SC/ST/OBS (NCL) is Rs.300. The exam will be conducted in the last week of March and the result will be declared in the first week of April.
