Pulwama terror attack revenge: PM Modi says forces given full freedom

Narendra Modi on Pulwama attackPrime Minister Narendra Modi condemned the Pulwama terror attack today, saying that the perpetrators of the attack have committed a grave mistake and that they will pay a big price for this.
The prime minister was speaking at the launch of the semi-high speed train Vande Bharat Express.
He offered his condolences to the families of the slain CRPF jawans, assuring that action will be taken against the perpetrators, saying "My condolences to families of those martyred in Pulwama attack, those behind the terror strike will be punished."

Prime Minister Narendra Modi that India is grieving but it is also angry. He said he sympathises with the anger that the nation is feeling after the attack."The anger that is seething in the nation after the attack, the people's blood is boiling, I understand it" he said.
He said that the forces have been given full freedom to retaliate against the attack. He said, "I pay tribute to soldiers who lost their lives in Pulwama Attack. Our security forces have been given full freedom. We have full faith in their bravery."
The prime minister also warned terror groups, saying that they have made a big mistake. "I want to tell terror groups and their supporters that they have made a big mistake. I want to assure the nation that those behind this attack will definitely be punished", PM Modi said.

PM Modi took aim at Pakistan too, saying that the nation has committed a big mistake, "If our neighbour who is totally isolated in the world thinks it can destabilise India through its tactics and conspiracies, then it is making a big mistake."
"If our neighbour thinks by causing such destruction they can weaken India then its intentions will never be served. 130 crore Indians will give a befitting reply to every such conspiracy and attack" he added.
He said that while Pakistan had chosen the path of destruction, India was on the road to progress.
The prime minister requested those criticising the government over the attacks to understand the sensitivity of the situation and to not indulge in political mudslinging. "I respect the sentiments of those who are criticising us but this is not the time to indulge in political mudslinging," he said.
