UPTET Application Form 2018

UPTET 2018 Application Form has been released from September 18, 2018 at the official website. The last date to apply online for UPTET 2018 is October 4, 2018. To fill application form for UPTET 2018, perform 4 major steps – Online Registration, Payment of Fees, Uploading Documents and Downloading Confirmation Page. UPTET 2018 is scheduled for November 4, 2018​.

  • Candidates must keep scanned copies of recent passport size photograph and signature ready before filling the form.
  • Application Fee for UPTET 2018 is INR 400 for General and OBC category applicants.
  • A fee of INR 200 is to be paid by SC/ST candidates while physically disabled candidates are exempted from paying the fee.

UPTET 2018 Eligibility Criteria 
UPTET exam is conducted for the post of primary and upper primary teaching posts. UPTET Eligibility on the basis of educational qualification for these posts are as follows:

The UPTET 2018 Eligibility for Primary Teachers are given below:
  • Candidate should be a graduate with 2 years of B.T.C training or,
  • Candidate should graduate/post graduate degree from NCTE/RCI recognised University with 2 years D.ED Diploma or,
  • Candidate should be graduate with 2 Years BTC training in Hindi or,
  • Candidate should be graduate with 2 Years BTC training in Urdu or
  • They should have secured 50% marks in 12th standard and 4 years diploma in B.EL.ED.
The UPTET Eligibility for Upper Primary Teachers are given below:
  • Candidate should be graduate with 2 years of B.T.C training or,
  • Candidate should be Graduate or post graduate with 50% marks from recognized university and also must have 2 years B.D/B.D (Special) diploma.
  • Candidate should graduate/post graduate degree with 50% of marks from NCTE recognized institute.
  • Candidate should be graduate with 50% marks from recognized university. They also have 2 years B.ED/ Special B.ED diploma or,
  • They should have secured 50% marks in 12th standard and 4 years diploma in B.EL.ED.
  • They should have secured 50% marks in 12th standard and 4 years diploma in B.S.C.D or
  • They should have 45% in graduation (SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-serviceman).
