NABARD Grade B Selection Process:
The selection will be in three phases as furnished below.
Phase I: Preliminary Exam in Online Mode
Phase II: Main Examination in Online Mode
Phase III: Interview
NABARD Grade B Exam pattern:
Phase I – Preliminary Examination (Online) will consist of objective type questions having a total weightage of 200 marks with a time duration of 120 minutes.

Phase II - Mains examination consists of Paper 1, Paper 2, and Paper 3. Paper 1 will be English descriptive writing test, Paper 2 will be a test of paper in related discipline, and Paper III about Economics and Statistics. All the papers will have a weightage of 100 marks for time of 90 minutes.
Phase III - Third and the final phase of the recruitment process will be an interview and it will have a weightage of 40 marks.
The final merit list will be prepared after the interview.
